Well, we've been in our basement suite (our first rental in Victoria) for almost 10 months now, and it has been fairly nice living here – some nice perks, great people in the upper level of the house – but it's time to move on now. We started combing the rental market a few weeks ago for something a little more our style (something more private, away from busy streets, newer building, etc.) with some of the same perks as our current place (washer/dryer, dishwasher, yard, utilities included, close to bus stops, etc.). AND, a few days ago we found it! It's going to be wonderful! More details as soon as we sign the rental agreement – but for now I will mention that we will be the FIRST people to live in this suite! :)
